A good example of BEKS' commitment to providing added value for its BEKSperience Centres and BEKS dealers is the purchase of the Proliner from Prodim Systems. The Proliner is a portable, digital measuring instrument positioned between a tracker and a CMM (coordinate measuring machine). Measurements can be exported as CAD drawings for production, control and design purposes. Proliners are used for numerous applications in different industries.
For optimal utilisation of Proliner measurement data, Prodim has developed special solutions for each individual industry. These include built-in Proliner software, but also Prodim desktop software that allows manufacturers to digitise their production processes.

Production takes place in their own factory in Eersel.

To optimise this process, the company was keen to purchase the Proliner package. The first introduction to the Proliner took place at a trade fair, followed by a demonstration of the system. After a thorough evaluation, BEKS Systemen B.V. decided to proceed with the purchase.
Customised solutions
The Proliner is used at BEKS Systems B.V. for three main projects:
"Tailor-made plate" project - This concerns the supply of tailor-made floor (cover plate) for on the BEKS drawer system.
As input for the new online interior design tool for the website. With this tool, BEKS dealers and their customers can compile the interior of their vehicle themselves on the internet.
Development of new customised products, allowing BEKS dealers to outsource their special construction to BEKS Systems B.V.
